IÑAKI AZKUE ESNAL

At the helm of Marinela is the young chef Iñaki Azkue Esnal. Trained at Basque Culinary Center and having collected experiences in kitchens from here and there, he decided to return home, back to our recipes and products. After El Vaskito, placed in the neighbourhood of Errotaburu, he heads up Marinela, an emblematic restaurant in the port of San Sebastián.
